LineaTech PRO

The LineaTech PRO by Soitaab is a new, high-performance floor-mounted rail cutting machine designed for precision plasma and oxy-fuel cutting. With dual-side drives powered by brushless motors and digital drives, it ensures accurate movement with minimal backlash. The machine features smooth rack and pinion motion aided by preloaded springs for optimal positioning. It can accommodate up to four oxy-fuel stations and a single plasma station, offering a cutting width up to 3.0 meters on a 4.0-meter wheelbase. The equipment supports automatic gas management via CNC, enhancing efficiency and precision. The oxy-fuel gas distribution system is managed by three proportional valves, ensuring consistent performance. Operators will benefit from the user-friendly 15-inch TFT LCD color touch screen control panel, complemented by a built-in library of 30 configurable cutting shapes, expandable to 78. The LineaTech PRO meets ISO 9013 and e EN DIN 28 206 quality standards. Its longitudinal motorization employs dual side drives with vertical teeth racks. The machine accommodates various gases for oxy-flame cutting, including oxygen, propane, methane, and acetylene, and can cut up to 6 inches thick. With optional data management capabilities for both oxy-fuel and plasma processes and a maximum plasma power of up to 400 amps, this machine is ideal for diverse industrial applications.
