WaterTech RED

The WaterTech RED by Soitaab is a state-of-the-art water jet cutting machine, ideally suited for a range of cutting tasks. It features a robust dual drive system with brushless motors and a gantry control, offering precision and reliability. The machine is equipped with a rack and pinion drive system and linear guides on both longitudinal and transverse axes, ensuring smooth and accurate movement. All guides benefit from a self-lubrication system, and bellows protect each axis from debris, enhancing durability. The cutting table is flexible, with working area sizes ranging from 5ft. x 10ft. to 10ft. x 20ft., and can handle various project demands. The WaterTech RED achieves a positioning speed of 1575 inches per minute and boasts high accuracy with a positioning precision of ±0.004 inches and repeatability of ±0.002 inches. Its controlling unit is the Soitaab CNC, coupled with a 15-inch LCD touch screen for ease of operation and efficiency. Communication is streamlined with USB, Ethernet, and LAN capabilities. Additional features include a two-stage abrasive metering system and optional stainless steel water and abrasive tanks. The machine allows for manual water level control and is prepared for the future installation of an abrasive removal system. This innovative cutting solution is further enhanced by its embedded CNC that permits selection from quality levels 1 to 5, offering tailored cutting results for each project.
