WaterTech PRO

The WaterTech PRO by Soitaab is a state-of-the-art water jet cutting machine designed for precision and efficiency. It boasts a rack and pinion drive system, paired with linear guides on the longitudinal axis and two linear guides on its transverse beam, ensuring smooth and accurate operation. The machine is equipped with brushless motors and digital drivers across the x, y, and z axes, achieving a positioning speed of up to 396 inches per minute and excellent positioning accuracy of ±0.004 inches. Safety and maintenance are prioritized with features like bellows protection on all axes and a self-lubricating system for the guides. It offers a flexible working area ranging from 3.3 ft. x 3.3 ft. to 5 ft. x 12 ft., making it suitable for various industrial applications. The cutting table supports quality selections ranging from 1 to 5, suitable for diverse material and thickness requirements. The WaterTech PRO includes a 15-inch LCD touch screen for seamless control via Soitaab's CNC system. Connectivity options such as USB, Ethernet, and LAN facilitate easy data communication. Additionally, optional features like a stainless steel water and abrasive tank and a pressurized two-stage abrasive metering system offer further customization opportunities. This machine is prepared for future installation of an abrasive removal system, enhancing its adaptability for long-term use.
