The Cosen SH-460M is a new semi-automatic miter bandsaw designed to deliver precise and efficient cutting capabilities. This machine is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder and precision-ground hinge support, along with rigid cast-iron guide arms, ensuring stability and durability during operations. The mitering head allows for cuts up to 30 degrees, enhancing its versatility. Mechanically, the SH-460M features a gearbox built to handle high lateral pressures without thermal distortion, complemented by an automatic head rise post-cut. The blade system includes a variable pulley drive, manual tensioning, and carbide blade guides, ensuring optimal performance with a blade speed ranging from 75 to 305 FPM. The saw is equipped with a robust cast-iron guide arm and an adjustable flood coolant system to maintain cutting efficiency and blade longevity. Additional features include cast-iron vises and an adjustable material stop, enhancing operational control and precision. The device's user interface offers adjustable downfeed and pressure control for added flexibility. With a substantial blade motor of 2 HP and a coolant motor of 1/8 HP, the SH-460M is built for rigorous industrial use. The compact design, with a footprint of 69" x 43.3" x 41.4", provides a practical solution for various workshop settings.
