SH-500M

The SH-500M bandsaw from Cosen is a new semi-automatic miter saw designed for precision and durability in industrial applications. Constructed with a hydraulic cylinder and precision ground hinge support, it features rigid cast-iron guide arms and a mitering head capable of handling up to 60-degree cuts. This machine is engineered to withstand high lateral pressures without thermal distortion, featuring a motor-driven blade brush and a gearbox built for stability. The saw comes with a variable pulley blade drive system and a manual blade tensioning system, supported by carbide blade guides and bearings for enhanced accuracy. An adjustable flood coolant system is included, along with an additional coolant hose for work-bed and auger cleanup, ensuring operational efficiency. Equipped with cast iron hydraulic vises and an adjustable material stop, the SH-500M offers versatile cutting capabilities. With a blade motor of 3 HP and a maximum blade speed of 246 FPM, it accommodates various material sizes up to 13 inches in round capacity and 11 x 17.3 inches in rectangular capacity. The machine occupies a floorspace of 80.5" x 41.6" x 57.8" and weighs 1,980 lbs. It operates with a blade size of 13' 7" x 1" x .035" and includes a 7.9-gallon coolant tank and a 2.08-gallon hydraulic tank. The workbed height is set at 32.6 inches, ensuring comfortable operation.
