The SH-650M from Cosen is a new, semi-automatic miter bandsaw designed to handle a wide range of cutting tasks with precision and efficiency. It features a robust structure with a hydraulic cylinder and precision ground hinge support, complemented by rigid cast-iron guide arms. The mitering head allows cuts up to 60 degrees, making it adaptable for various operations. A durable, hardened worm gear drives the mechanics, and a motor-driven blade brush ensures optimal performance. This bandsaw is equipped with a variable speed blade drive system and an automatic blade tensioning mechanism for consistent quality cuts. The carbide blade guides and bearings enhance durability and accuracy. Additionally, the machine includes an adjustable flood coolant system, an extra coolant hose, and cast iron hydraulic vises with an adjustable material stop, ensuring clean and precise cuts while maintaining a neat work area. With a blade speed ranging from 50 to 328 feet per minute and a 7.5 HP blade motor, the SH-650M offers substantial power and versatility. The machine features a dual valve feed pressure and rate system, along with hydraulic saw bow controls for ease of operation. With a generous blade size of 17' 4.6" x 1.25" x .042", this bandsaw supports a workbed height of 29.5" and has a considerable weight of 3,968 lbs, ensuring stability and reliability for industrial applications.
