The SH-1000F Bandsaw by Cosen is a new semi-automatic machine designed for straight cuts with precision and efficiency. Featuring a robust hydraulic dual column design, the machine ensures stability during operation. A hydraulic powered, adjustable cast iron guide arm complements its sturdy structure, and the hydraulic blade tensioning system paired with carbide blade guides contributes to its precise cutting capabilities. With a round cutting capacity of 26 inches and a rectangular capacity of 20.5 by 40 inches, this bandsaw is equipped to handle large materials. The innovative gearbox is designed to withstand high lateral pressure without thermal distortion, while the inverter blade drive system offers infinitely variable blade speeds ranging from 80 to 427 FPM. The blade motor is rated at 10 HP, ensuring powerful performance, while the 1/4 HP coolant motor supports the adjustable flood coolant system effectively, with a tank capacity of 31.7 gallons. User convenience is a focus of the SH-1000F, featuring a user-friendly hydraulic control interface and a dual valve feed pressure and feed rate system.
