The Cosen V-2230NC is a robust vertical tilt frame bandsaw, newly manufactured for industrial use. The saw features a hydraulic tilt-frame head that enables miter cutting from 0 to +/- 60 degrees. It is equipped with an adjustable hydraulic cast iron guide arm and can adjust the head cant from 0 to 5 degrees. This saw offers infinitely variable blade speeds and includes a hydraulic blade tensioning system, supported by carbide blade guides and bearings for optimal performance. The advanced gearbox design is capable of handling high lateral pressures with no thermal distortion, while the motor-driven blade brush ensures consistent cleaning during operation. The bandsaw is fitted with a high-capacity adjustable flood coolant system and cast iron hydraulic vises, which ensure secure and precise clamping of materials during cutting. The operating interface is equipped with a 5.7-inch HMI touchscreen, complete with a precision feed pressure and feed rate valve system that enhances control and efficiency. Key specifications include a blade size of 17' 4.6" x 1.25" x 0.042, adjustable blade speeds ranging from 65 to 328 FPM, and a powerful 7.5 HP blade motor. For coolant and hydraulic needs, the saw features a 1/4 HP coolant motor and tanks with capacities of 34 gallons and 22.4 gallons, respectively.
